We offer three options for getting started, depending on your server setup:
Public Server (M-Package): You can start immediately! Once your account is created, you can theoretically get started right away.
Dedicated Server Instance (Recommended): You’ll get your own server instance where only your data is stored. We can also set it up so that your data can only be accessed from your company’s internal network, providing maximum security. Setting this up usually takes about 24 to 72 hours.
Customer’s Own Server: In this option, the data is hosted on the customer’s server. The timeline depends on the customer’s internal IT processes, but generally, it takes about a week to get everything ready.
After the technical setup, users will need to complete an onboarding session, which is typically conducted online through our Bootcamp. The introductory Bootcamp lasts about 1.5 hours, and after that, you'll be able to start creating instructions right away!
