Why does this message appear?
When you scan a QR code and see the message “This instruction has not yet been published”, it means not all required approvals for your GIRI instruction have been completed.
What should I do?
Go to the relevant GIR) instruction card.
Check the approval status.
If approvals are missing, you will see a warning (see example image below).
Once all necessary approvals are completed, the card will show everything as approved (see example image below).
Approve any missing steps so the instruction can be published.
After all approvals are complete, the instruction will be published and accessible via the QR code.
