Templates for various patterns can be used when creating instructions. For this, you require the "Manager" role or "Organiszational Admin" role inside GIRI.

When recording instructions, you can change the pattern by clicking on the blue circle with the 3 white dots.

Click "Change Pattern"

Select your desired pattern.

You will see the pattern on the upper part of your screen. You do not have to record media for all steps. Eg. in this example, we have a pattern with 1, 2, 3, 4. You can also record less than 4 media.
