The 3 killers
- Filming without a plan — wrong angle at step 7, start over. Day 3 becomes day 4.
- Optimizing while planning — "while we're at it…" You document TODAY's standard. Improving comes in phase 4.
- Skipping the audience question — you end up with an instruction nobody knows is for whom.
