And: sound off.

Two hard rules for week 1
- No voice recording. Speak German and auto-translation is dead for your Polish and Turkish colleagues. Visual + text labels = one instruction for everyone. That is exactly why Friday's stranger test works.
- No AR. Too complex for week 1 — short video clips are all the proof needs. AR comes in phase 3, where it truly pays off.
