  1. How does GIRI help me as a production or service manager?

GIRI allows you to create language-independent visualizations of work processes without relying on paper-based or PowerPoint instructions, which are time-consuming to create and often go unread.

  2. Does GIRI disrupt my existing business processes?

No, implementing GIRI does not disrupt your current processes. It is even recommended to record work processes while your best employee is performing them.

  3. Why shouldn't I just record videos of my work processes?

Recording and editing a video of an entire work process can take a full day. With GIRI, you can document the same workflow in less than 10% of that time.

  4. Where should I start – what are the best use cases?

Typical use cases include SOPs and manuals for assembly, repair, TPM, maintenance, or service. Our most successful customers often start by digitizing simple, short workflows. Once these processes are optimized, you can move on to larger topics.

  5. Can GIRI be used outside of the manufacturing, service, or logistics sectors?

GIRI typically offers the highest ROI in production and service. However, our customers continue to surprise us with innovative use cases, such as training in vaccination centers or the education of cosmetologists at chambers of commerce.

  6. How quickly can we start – Time to Value?

Setting up takes only 5 minutes. In a maximum of 15-30 minutes, you can learn all the features and record and publish a meaningful GIRI in your facility.

  7. How long does it take to create a GIRI?

If a process (e.g., maintenance or assembly) takes 15 minutes, you will need 20-25 minutes to document and publish the workflow.

  8. I am ISO-certified – can I use GIRI?

GIRI is ISO-certifiable. All changes and versioning can be automatically documented. For traditional industries, we also offer a PDF export. All videos can be exported as certifiable standard work instructions.
